Andes Friend Recovery is a cutting-edge robot with human features that enables men to be ‘present’ at a bar with their friends without neglecting their duties as boyfriends, because their actual body is somewhere else with their girlfriends. Andes Friend Recovery is an installation based in on telepresence via videoconference, and combines three key ingredients: friendship, dating and technology.
